MK Labour Desk Training Academy is committed to building an informed, skilled, empowered and economically active society. We provide accessible training and development programmes that address labour rights, workplace responsibilities, leadership, practical skills, entrepreneurship and community development.

Our programmes are designed to support workers, shop stewards, worker representatives, young people, women and unemployed individuals. Through workshops, seminars, conferences and educational resources, we help participants strengthen their knowledge, improve their employability and develop the confidence to pursue better opportunities.

The Academy also works with community organisations, educational institutions, businesses and other lawful partners to expand access to meaningful training. Where specialised or accredited learning is required, MKLDTA may collaborate with appropriately accredited institutions and professional bodies.
